Salmon and Rice Pan

Ingredients

1lb Salmon (see my salmon rice plate recipe for how to cook this)

2 cups sushi grade rice

2 packages of seaweed snacks

2 small cucumbers chopped

3 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons of Panko bread crumbs

2 tablespoons furikake

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon sugar

Mayo and teriyaki so drizzle on top

How to

sushi rice:

For every cup of rice you have add two cups of water to your pot.

For two cups of rice/4 cups of water I add 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar to my water. I stir this together, and then cook on high for 20 minutes or until done with a lid of the pot.

Remember to not remove the lid until the 20 minutes is up!




While this and your salmon cooks, get all your other ingredients together and prepped so it’s easy to assemble in your pot or bowl. Whatever you feel like using. Watch video below to see how I assembled everything together! 💛
