Garlic Herb Pasta


Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons Butter

- 1 tablespoon each of Chopped basil, thyme, cilantro, green onion, and oregano

- Juice from half a lemon

- 3 chopped garlic cloves

- 3 cups raw spinach

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 16oz package of pasta

- 3 cups milk

- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon water



Instructions:

1. In a pan, melt butter and add chopped fresh herbs, garlic, lemon juice, and spinach. Cook until garlic is softened.

2. Add milk to the pan and heat it up.

3. Use an immersion blender to blend the sauce until creamy and smooth.

4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

5. Add the cornstarch-water mixture to thicken the sauce. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes.

6. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

7. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce until well combined.

8. Serve the pasta topped with the lemon pepper chicken breasts you cooked separately.



Chicken

Ingredients:

- 3 rancher chicken breasts

- Onion powder

- Salt

- Pepper

- Lemon pepper

- Olive oil


Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan.

2. Take the rancher chicken breasts and generously season them with onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper on both sides.

3. Drizzle some olive oil over the pan.

4. Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook them over medium heat.

5. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side.

6. Remove the chicken breasts from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

7. Enjoy your flavorful and juicy dry-rubbed rancher chicken breasts!
