Roasted Garlic Steak Pasta


Pasta

  •   Roasted garlic cloves

  •   Olive oil

  •   Butter

  •   Noodles of your choice

  •   1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  •   Fresh oregano, chopped (1/2 teaspoon)

  •   Fresh rosemary, chopped (1/2 teaspoon)

  •   Fresh thyme, chopped (1/2 teaspoon)

  •   Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  •   Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  •   Place the garlic cloves on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. Roast them in the oven for about 35 minutes until they become soft and golden.

  •   In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the roasted garlic cloves and cook them together for a few minutes until fragrant.

  •   Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente.

  •   Pour the garlic butter mixture over the noodles and toss them well to coat.

  •   Add the grated Parmesan cheese, fresh oregano, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

  • Once plated, pasta will be served with the steak.


Steak

  •   Flat iron steak

  •   Butter

  •   Salt

  •   Pepper

  •   Onion powder

  •   Fresh thyme


Instructions

  •   Season the flat iron steak generously with salt, pepper, and onion powder on both sides.

  •   Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt a knob of butter.

  •   Place the seasoned steak in the hot skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Adjust the cooking time based on your desired level of doneness.

  •   While cooking, add some fresh thyme sprigs to infuse the steak with aromatic flavors.

  •   Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

  •   Slice the steak against the grain and serve it with the pasta.
