Egg Muffins

Ingredients:

17 eggs

1 cup of cheese

1 cup chopped spinach

1 cup chopped broccoli

1/4 cup half and half

1/2 tablespoon onion powder

Salt and Pepper



How To:

Step one: Mix together your eggs, milk,

and seasoning in a bowl.

After that's mixed add you veggies

and cheese and stir them into the eggs!


Step two: Pour even amounts into your cup cake pan (spray or butter them first) while the oven is preheating. This should make about 17 or so egg muffins.


Step three: Feel free to add anything else to the muffins! I like to add left over breakfast sausage or potatoes if we have them! It's easier to add them to each individual muffin. I also sprinkle cheese and chopped microwave bacon on top mine before they go into the oven!


Step 4: Place muffins in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees! Once they are done, let them sit for a couple minutes and then they are ready to serve! I put the leftovers in the freezer! Not that they last long with my son around! He’d eat these for every meal if I let him!
