Ingredients:
2/3 Coconut Oil
1 Cup Sugar
2 large Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
Frosting
5 tablespoons coco powder
5 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:
Chopped pecans
shredded coconut
How to:
Mix together dry ingredients then add wet ingredients into the mix.
Grease your donut tins, pour in your batter, cook of 350 for 18-20 minutes.
Take lot let cool while you make the frosting.
For the frosting melt your butter in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well before dipping the cooled donuts into the mix to coat the tops. Sprinkle on the chopped nuts and coconut as soon as each one is dipped.
